Ifthar

Whoever provides iftar for a fasting person will receive the same reward as that person, without diminishing the fasting person’s reward in the slightest. (Tirmidhi, Sawm, 82)

Sadaqah-Al-Fitr

Whoever gives their Sadaqa Fitr before Salat on Eid day, then that will be an accepted Fitra. However, if they give after the prayer on Eid day, then it would be counted as a normal donation.

You should pay Fidyah before you miss your fast. If you know you will be physically unable to fast in Ramadan 2025, you should give your Fidyah from now.
